100 Wishes

100 Wishes quilts are traditionally created by collecting 100 scraps of fabric from friends and family (and strangers!) and using them to make a simple (usually) crib / lap size quilt with 100 blocks, each of the same size. Each block represents a good wish sent along with the fabric scrap, for the child for which the quilt is being made.

I’ve played fast and loose with the definition of “1 block” to make fun designs suitable for all ages and interests.
